We exist to heal the image of God within you — so that you may encounter the God who is not distant, not demanding, not conditional, but endlessly, unconditionally in love with you.
"Beloved, let us love one another, because love is from God; everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, for God is love."
1 John 4:7–8 · NRSV
Many of us carry an image of God shaped by fear, shame, or the sense that love must be earned. These images — formed in childhood, reinforced by experience, sometimes even taught in church — can quietly block us from the very God who desires us.
The Vine is a place where those images are gently questioned, honestly examined, and lovingly healed. We believe that when you encounter who God truly is — all-loving, pursuing, delighting in you — everything changes.
This is not theology from a distance. It is healing from the inside out.
We go where people are — especially those who carry wounds that have distorted their image of God, making it impossible to fully recognize Him as He truly is, and therefore impossible to recognize themselves as His beloved. We introduce them to the God they may never have met: the one who seeks, who waits, who runs toward them.
We walk alongside individuals in healing the deep wounds that distort how they see God, themselves, and others. This is tender, prayerful, transformative work.
No one heals alone. The Vine gathers people in honest, grace-filled community — where questions are welcome, vulnerability is safe, and love is practiced.
Scripture is not a rulebook — it is a love letter. We read it together to encounter the living God who speaks through it, restoring truth where lies have taken root.
"For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then we will see face to face. Now I know only in part; then I will know fully, even as I have been fully known."
1 Corinthians 13:12 · NRSV
